Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

DBT is closely related to CBT, for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder and those who self-harm, struggle with substance abuse and eating disorders.

Individuals learn more helpful coping skills to deal with distressing emotions and situations, and to improve their relationships.

Compassion Focussed Therapy

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is used to treat problems associated with shame, self-criticism and self-hate, features of anxiety, depression, psychosis and strongly associated with childhood trauma.

We teach you to be more compassionate with yourselves leading to a calmer mind, better relationships, less anxiety, depression, and increased sense of self worth.

Also known as Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT) and used in Executive Coaching within the business and corporate world. ACT interventions in the workplace are highly effective for improving performance, job satisfaction, innovation and motivation to increasing resilience to developing leadership behaviours.

ACT  is a ‘third-wave’  cognitive- behavioural therapy  that aims to boost psychological flexibility – the ability to move in a direction that matters to you, even in the presence of unwanted experiences (thoughts, feelings, physical sensations).  Building  upon both the strengths,  weaknesses of traditional Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
