Our approach towards couples’ therapy is based on not only towards solving the problems the couples’ are facing, but to teach more effective communication skills.
We also teach Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills to help you to respect yourselves and others. Teaching you to learn effective ways to express your beliefs and needs, setting limits and finding solutions in your dealings with others. By improving and maintaining your relationships, we can increase your ability to communication well and this increases your coping and confidence.

wWe use a new ground-breaking approach based on the latest scientific evidence based principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) a mindfulness-based programme for enhancing and enriching any relationships that matters to you. Through clarifying your hearts desires for who you want to be and using your values to guide your actions in your relationships, even if you partner is not interested.
We use the Co-Therapy model where you are working with both of us and with both of you which can lead quite quickly to positive outcomes for your relationship. Using the principles of ACT, we can help you discover how to manage and deal with your issues by teaching you skills to help you:

- Rise above fear, doubt and insecurity
- Handle painful thoughts and feelings more effectively
- Break self-defeating habits
- Build more satisfying relationships
We have also studied the Gottman Method that is an evidenced-based therapy of over 40 years research and trials.
