Successful Partners & Clients

Russ Harris, author of the international best-selling self-help book ‘The Happiness Trap’, is an world-renowned trainer of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Russ’s background is in medicine. As a GP he became increasingly interested in the psychological aspects of health and wellbeing, and increasingly disenchanted with writing prescriptions. Ultimately this interest led to a total career change. He now works in two different, yet complementary roles – as a therapist and as a coach.

Dr Russ Harris

Medical Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Internationally-acclaimed ACT trainer, Russ Harris is the author of the world’s best-selling ACT book, The Happiness Trap

Over twenty plus years of coaching, therapeutic, writing and public speaking career I was trained in EFT (Tapping Therapy), Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, MBT, DBT, Hypnotherapy, Laughter Yoga, Group Analysis and others. I give you the details of my experience not to show off, but rather to support my declaration that self-development and constant learning have always been on top of the list of my personal values. And, when you decide to do the training or take up individual coaching with me, it is important to understand that I am not just offering you my time – actually, I am offering you twenty plus years of my experience, with all my successes and failures that created the person I am today.
